Cardenas

Shortstop, 1960-1968. Inducted 1981.

Named an All Star in 4 of his 7 seasons as a Red.  He was known for his strong and reliable defense and for being better than expected with the bat. In 1966 set a team record for home runs by a shortstop, with 20 (a record later matched and then broken by Barry Larkin.)
